Bralco Office Furniture Delivery Details

The details below are for all office furniture products Manufactured by Bralco Office Furniture:

Lead Times:

  • Furniture made from Melamine boards 2 – 3 week lead time
  • Furniture made from veneer boards – 4-5 week lead time
  • Furniture made from glass – 5-6 week lead time

Lead times quoted are average but usually less – if you are working to a deadline please contact us and we will always try to deliver to you within your deadline

Delivery Areas:

Local Delivery & Installation – Anywhere within the M25, Essex and Suffolk we offer FREE delivery and installation on orders over £1000.  For all orders under £1000 there will be a delivery charge of £100 – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.

Nationwide Delivery – FREE On orders over £2000, For all orders under £2000 there will be a delivery charge of £100 – Click here to add your delivery charge ADD DELIVERY CHARGE.  – Please note – this will be a ground floor kerbside delivery only

The £100 charges stated above are due to Brexit and higher delivery costs and import charges.

Nationwide Installation available please contact us for a price, it will depend on order value.

Returns / Cancelled Orders:

All orders must be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order was placed for no charges to occure.

Bralco is an Italian manufacturer, so all goods are shipped over from Itlay, therefor any goods that have left the Italian warehouse can be cancelled / returned but there will be a 30% restocking / cancellation charge and you will also be responsible to return the items to Italy arranging all relavant import documents, which will be very expensive.
Any item that is returned must be in its full original packaging.

Any “Special / Bespoke / Made to Order” items cannot be cancelled or returned.

*Free installation on complete items only, for example we will not install a modesty panel onto an existing desk, if you buy a bench system add on unit for an existing bench system and we need to dismantle the existing to do so, there will be a small charge for this service.
